Graves hastahgt olan 27 vakada 111A-A, -B, -C, DR anttjen dagthnu aragtrdih. Rasta grubundaki HIA-DR3 frekanstnda (9:18.51) 50 kifilik kontrol grubuna gore ('4) anlamit farkIthk (P<0.05) bit-luntni Relatif risk 5.45 olarak hesaplannuotr. Yapilan bircok rahmada Avrupah Ye Kuzey Ante-rikah Graves hastalarinda HIA-DR3 ve B8 fe-notiplerinin claim stk oldugu tespit edilmiitir (3,4). Biz inn sonuclarmuz beyadarda tespit edilen bit so-nuclarla uywnIttluk gOstennektedir (1,3,4,5,6,13.1 4, 15). Tiirkiye 'de aynt konu ile u gh bircok caltiFina yayadannuotr (13.14,15). Bu calionalardan birinde Graves hasialigi ile HLA-DR3. DR4 ye DR 10 be-raberligi anlamh bulunmultur (14). Turkiye'de ya pdan diger rahmalann sonurlart ik bizim sonuclarmuz ttywnliduk göstermektedir.
