Ocak 1988 - Mart 1996 tarihleri arasinda kli-ni§imizde toplam 167 vakaya otojen yen velveya prostetik materyal (Dacron veya PTFE) kullanilarak vaskiiler rekonstriktif ameliyat yaptimiftir. Aynt ytllar arasinda takip siiresince 6 (%3.56) hustada greft enfeksiyonu gel4migir. Greft en-feksiyonlarinda temel tedavi prensihi ktiltiir an-tibiyogram sonuclanna gore uygun antibiyotik te-davisi ye greftin total olarak clkarilmast olmuour. Morbidite 1 amputasyon olup, mortalitemiz yoktur. Greft enfeksiyonlan vaskiiler cerrahinin en korkulan komplikasyonlanndan biridir ye yiiksek morbidite ye mortalite sebehidir. Degi4ik serilerde %1.3 ile %6 arasinda de,g4en greft enfeksiyonu in-sidanst gorulmu tar.
