Pnömomediastinum spontan olarak yada travma ile ilgili durumlarda ortaya çıkabilir. Spontan Pnömomediastinum (SPM) nadir bir durumdur ve tedavisi genellikle bu hastaların takibi ile sınırlıdır. Acil servisimize göğüs ağrısı ve nefes darlığı ile başvuran, güreş sporcusu olan 15 yaşında erkek hastada SPM tespit ettik. Bu vaka sunumumuzda pnömomediastinum gelişimi açısından travma yada medikal müdahale öyküsü olmadan ve artmış vagal manevranın SPM’ a neden olabileceğini tartıştık.
