Hepatik arter anevrizmaları nadir ancak klinik olarak önemli bir durumdur. Hastaların çoğu asemptomatik olduğu için tanı genellikle radyolojik incelemeler sırasında rastlantısal olarak konulur. Rüptür ana komplikasyon olup vakaların %60-80’inde görülür. Biz bu vakada, hepatik arter anevrizmasının ultrasonografi bulgularını sunmayı amaçladık.
