Aplastik anemi viral hepatitin ciddi ve nadir bir komplikasyonudur. Bu komplikasymulan daha fok non-A. non-B vimslart (Ozellikle hepatit C virusu) soriwilu tutulmaktaysa da diner hepatit viruslerin de sebep oldugu gosteriltnivir. Sunmak istedigimiz17 ya,unda hepatit erkek bir hastada aplastik anemi geligi. 3 ay sonra re-misym gortilen hastada 26 ay sonra relaps gortild11. Hasta ailesinin zararh geleneksel uygulamalarmin da katkisiyla E. coli sepsisi sonucunda karbedildi.
