Aplastik anemi vakalarının bir kısmı infeksiyöz hepatiti takiben Aplazi genellikle non-A, non-B hepatiti takiben olur, fakat batan A ve B hepatiti ile birlikte görülebilir.Aplazi şiddetli olur ve sıklılda fatal sonuçlanır.Ölümle sonuçlanan, hepatit sonrası meydana gelmiş iki aplastik anemi yakasını takdim ettik.
