Vertebrobaziler dolikoektazi genişlemiş, kıvrımlı ve uzamış arterleri tanımlar. Tromboembolik epizod ve/veya lokal kompresyona bağlı kraniyal sinir felçleri şeklinde ortaya çıkar. Vertebrobaziler dolikoektazi hıçkırığın nadir bir nedenidir. Burada hıçkırığa neden olan vertebrobaziler dolikoektazi olgusu görüntüleme bulguları eşliğinde sunulmuştur.
