Bu çalışmada cerrahi uygulama ile hidatik kist olduğu ispatlanmış 100 hasta serumunda hidatik kist antikorları lateks aglütinasyon yontemi ile araştırılmıştır. 86 (54,86) hasta serumunda lateks aglütinasyon testi pozitif bulunmuştur.
