İskelet ve kardiovasküler anomali ile ilgili Holt-Oram Sendromlu ve içe kayması olan erkek bir çocuk hasta sunuldu. Hastada; her iki kolun hipoplazik, sağ elde üç parmak, sol elde dört parmak, atrioseptal defekt ve gözlerde 35 prizm diopri içe kayma olduğu tespit edildi. Pedigri incelenmesinde, annede ortaya çıkan ilk mulasyon ile yorumlandı.
