Bu çalışmamızda özellikle Hryntschak'ın ameliyat tekniğinde yaptığımız değişikliği vurgulamak istiyoruz. Literatür araştırması yaparak olgularımızla (Az sayıda da olsa) karşılaştırdık. Hiç bir hastaya transfüzyon yapılmadk, idrar inkontinensi, ve exitus görülmedi.
