Istanbul piyasasından toplanan 75 adet pastorize süt nurnunesi EfiZiM Inırnunolojik Test Çubukları metodu ile Chloramphenicol kalıntıları yönünden in-celenmiş ve sonuçta bir numunede Chloramphenicol tesbit edilmiştir. Çalışmada uygulanan bu metod ppb-mıl süt hassasiyetinde olup süresi yaklaşık sadece 30 dk. dır.
