İdiyopatik retroperitoneal hematom nadir görülen bir patolojidir. Histopatolojik olarak normal olan retroperitoneal damarlardan kaynaklandığı düşünülmektedir. Bazı retroperitoneal hematom vakalarında herhangi bir patolojik sebep bulunamamakta ve idiyopatik olarak değerlendirilmektedir. Biz akut batın bulguları ile ortaya çıkan ve idiyopatik retroperitoneal hematom tanısı koyduğumuz bir olguyu sunuyoruz.
