1986-1989 ydları arasında S.Ü. Tip Fakültesi Genel Cerrahi Kliniğinde görülen iki ileosigmoid düğümlenme yakası takdim edilmiştir. Bu vakalar nedeniyle ileosigmoid düğümlenme gözden etiopatogenezi, klinik özellikleri, tanı ve tedavisi tartışılmıştır.
