Gastrointestinal kanal duplikasyonu nadir rastlanan bir konjenital anomalidir. Kliniğimizde ileum duplikasyonu nedeniyle ameliyat edilen bir olgu klinik, radyolojik ve laparotomi bulguları ile sunulmuş ve literatür bilgileri gözden geçirilmiştir.
