Chilaiditi işareti hepatodiafragmatik alana kolonun inter pozisyonudur. Demetrious Chilaiditi tarafından 1910 yılında ilk defa tanımlanmıştır. Biz insizyonel herni birlikte gelişen 88 yaşında erkek hastada Chilaiditi işareti bulunan ve konservatif olarak takip ve tedavi ettiğimiz olgumuzu sunmayı planladık.
