Bu makalemizde neurofibrornalt bir kadui hasta takdini edildi. Radyolojik incelemede sol hemitoraks apexinde kenarlart diizgiin. homojen kitle goriilmesi fizerine neural tumor olabilecegi on tarusi ile sal thorakotomi uygulandi. Sol apexte ektrapulmoner olarak tespit edilen kitlenin histopatolojik tet-kiklerinin sonucu neurofibrorna olarak geldi. Postop herhangi !fir komplikasyon goriilmedi.
