İnmeye bağlı izole monoparezi çok nadirdir ve çoğunlukla küçük damar hastalığına sekonder gelişen laküner infarktlara veya küçük kanamalara bağlı olarak ortaya çıkar. Bu yazıda sol presantral girus infaktına bağlı duyu kusurunun olmadığı izole motor defisit ile karakterize, monoparezi olgusunu sunduk.
