Nazal kavitede anjiofibromlar genelde burun tavanı arka yan duvarından gelişen juvenil na-zofarengeal anjifibromların kavite içerisine yayıhmı sonucu görülmektedir. Burun tabanı ve septumun ön bölümünden köken alan, siiperior labial arterden kanlanan, emholizasyon ve cerrahi ek-sizyonla tedavi ettiğimiz sağ nazal kavitede lokalize bir nazal an-jiofibrom vakası sunularak literatür gözden geçirildi.
