Sadece fizik muayene bulgulanm dikkate alarak kardiyovaskiiler hastaliklarla, solunum sistemi has-tahklanm birbirinden ayirdetmek bazen cok zordur. PrematUre bebeklerdeki respiratuvar distres bulgulan, konjenital kalp hastaligi, konjestif kalp yetmezligi, hiyalen membran hastahgi, aspirasiyon sendromu, pnomoni, pnOmotoraks, lober amfizeni, pulmoner agenezi veya hipoplazi ye metabolik bir bozukluga bagli olabilir. Geleneksel radyoloji coku zaman klinik tamda bize yarduncidtr. Fetusta duktus arteriyozus genii oidugundan, aorta ye pulmoner arteriyel sistem basinclan e§ittir. Bu yiizden, pulmoner hipertansiyon normal fetal dola§imin bir ozelligidir
