Seljuk Universitesi Tip Fakultesi Gogus Ka1p Damar Cerrahisi Kliniginde Aralik 1983 ile Aralik 1995 yillart arasi ileri perikardial efflizyonu olan 50 hastanin 47'sine subksifoidal perikardiotomi uy-gtdandi. Bit yontentin perikardiosenteze oranla eti-yolojik tam ye tedavide olan iistiinliikleri vur-gulandi. Her iki yontem sonrast geliFbilecek ciddi komplikasyonlar nedeni ile preoperatuvar he-modinamik monitorizasyonun onemi belirtildi.
