12 kolesistektomi olgusunda, pulmoner kapiller Wedge (PKWB) ve merkezi venöz basınç (MVB) Swan-Ganz katateri ile preoperatif, ameliyatta ve postoperatif devrelerde aynı anda ölçüldü. PKWB'ın daha erken hemodinamik değişiklikleri yansıttığl ve anestezik ilaçların PKWBIl yükselttiği sonucuna varıldı.
