Bu çalışmada iki erkek çocukta teşhis ve tedavi edilen koledok kistleri sunulmuştur. Olgulardan birinde ultrasonografi ve intravenöz kolonjiografi, diğerinde ise ultrasonoğrafi ve hepatobiliyer sintigrafı ile tanı konuldu. Tedavi olarak birine koledokokistoduedonostomi, digerine Roux-en-Y şeklinde koledolcokistojejonostomi yapılmıştır. Her iki olguda bu ana kadar semptomsuzdu.
