8 yıldan beri konversif şikayetleri olan ve bu nedenle kliniğimize başvurarak yatırılan ve ileri tetkiklerinde bu olayın hipoparatroidizme bağlı hipokalsemi olduğu anlaşılan, Ca++ ve vit-D2 tedavisinden başarılı sonuç alınan yaka sunularak, konversif bozukluk ve hipoparatroidizin tartışıldı.
