Selçuk Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Nöroşirürji Anabilim Dalı'nda Ekim 1991-Ekim 1999 tarihleri arasında 9 serebral arteriovenöz malformasyon (AVM) olgusu öpere edilmiştir. Serebral AVM olgularının 5'i intrakranial kanama, 2'si baş ağrısı, 2'si ilerleyici nörolojik deflsit yakınmasıyla müracaat etmişlerdi. Seride cerrahi mortalite 1/9 olarak be­ lirlendi. Bu olgular takdim edilerek literatür ışığında serebral AVM'lerin klinik bulguları, tanı ve tedavileri gözden geçirilmiştir.
