Ocak 1994 ye temmuz 1995 tarihleri arastnda Seljuk Universitesi Tip Fakiiltesi Genel Cerrahi ABDInda laparoskopik koksistektomi (LK) yaptlan 268 olgu degerlendirildi. 236 hasta biliyer kolik Lie seyreden safra kesesi tap, 32 hasta akut koksistit ta-nisi almo. ilk gruptaki 4 hastada ta§likolesistit ya-runda, yandac hastaltk olarak dalak absesi, dalak kist hidatigi. karaciger sol lobda ye sag overde hasit kist vardi. Tedavileri yapildt. 15 hasta daha ijnceden batin ctmeliyatt gecirmigi. LK 252 hastada began ile yapilirken 16 hastada aciga gecilme zorunlulugu duyuldu. 6 hastada ciddi komplikasyonlar gorilla. Mortalite olmadt, or-talanza ameliyat siiresi 50 dk, hastanede kalma sii-resi 2 giin, normal aktiviteye donme siiresi 1 hafta olarak bulundu. Bu calgmadaki komplikasyon orantnin yiiksek ()imam klinigimizde Llenin yeni uygulanmaya beglanniq olmasina bagh oldugu düşünüldü.
