Laparoskopik ayarlanabilir gastrik band (LAGB) uygulaması güvenli ve etkili bir kilo verme prosedürü olarak gösterilmektedir. Ancak, band migrasyonu ve gastrik duvar erozyonu gibi sık görülen komplikasyonları bildilmiştir. LAGB uygulanan hastalarda portokutanöz fistül gastrik band migrasyonunun sonucu oluşabilir. Biz morbid obezite nedeniyle LAGB uygulaması yapılan ve sonrasında migrasyon ile ilişkili portokutanöz fistül gelişen 3 vaka rapor ettik.
