Bu yazıda Leriche Sendromu ile birlikte sol subk-lavian arter darlığı olan hasta tartışıldı. Bu tip lez-yonların çok seyrek olarak görülmesi nedeniyle olgu takdimine gerek duyuldu. Claudication intermittent ve impotans şikayetleri ön planda olmasına karşın, sol subklavian arter stenozuna ait bulgular çok be-lirgin değildi. Bu nedenle hastaya Leriche Sendromu bulgularına yönelik ameliyat yapıldı. Sol subklavian arter stenozu takibe alındı. ileriki dönemlerde an-gioplasti veya ameliyat yapılması planlandı.
