Ülkemizde oldukça sık görülen kist hidatik hastalığı, genel olarak akciğer ve karaciğerde yerleşmektedir. Bu organların dışında; özellikle başboyun bölgesinde seyrek görülür. iki taraflı, masseter adele içinde lokalize bir kist hidatik yakası; ender lokalizasyonu nedeniyle takdim edilmiştir.
