Melkersson Rosenthal sendromu (MRS), etyopatogenezi tam olarak bilinmeyen, seyrek görülen bir hastalıktır. Bu sendrom tekrarlayan orofasiyal ödem, periferik fasiyal parallzi atakları ve skrotal dil ile karakterizedlr.Bu çalışmada MRS’nun klinik özelliklerini gösteren 24 yaşında bir erkek hastayı sunarak bu sendromun insidansı, etyolojisi, patolojisi, klinik özellikleri, ayırıcı tanı ve tedavisini ilgili literatür bilgileri ışığında gözden geçirdik.
