Memenin primer anjiosarkomu nadir görülen, memenin perilobüler kapiller ağından köken aldığı düşünülen, erken dönemde hematojen metastaz yapan, kötü prognoza sahip bir tümör tipidir. Kırk yaşında kadın olgu, fizik mu­ ayenede sol memede kitle ve aksiller lenfadenopati mevcuttu. Biyopsi sonucu memenin primer anjiosarkomu ola­ rak değerlendirildi. Modifiye radikal mastektomi sonrasında adjuvan radyoterapi ve kemoterapi uygulandı. Olgu postoperatif 12. ayda akciğer ve kemik metastazı ile kaybedildi.
