Mezenterik kistler benign, uniloküler veya rnultiloküler yapıda, nadir görülen lezyonlardır. Nadir olmalarına karşılık bilhassa çocuklarda ölümcül komplikasyonlara sebep olabilmektedirler. Bu yazıda 3 aylık bir bebekle jejunumda basıya bağlı tıkanma oluşturan bir mezenter kisti vakası sunulmuştur.
