4-4 migrenli olguda postkalorik nistagmus yavaş kaz maksimum hızları ölçüldü. Elde edilen değerler normal değerlerden yüksek idi. Özellikle 44' C lik uyarıma verilen cevap yüksek idi. Bu sonuçlar mekanizması ne olursa olsun migrende vestibüler uyarılabilirliğin fazla olduğuna işaret etmekteydi
