Erişkin ve çocuklara eşit düzeyde etkileyebilen ve nadir görülen bir multiloküler böbrek kisti= Multiloküler kistik nefroma yakası sumılmuştur. Multiloküler kistler ile Wilms tümörleri ve diğer böbrek tümörlerinin birlikteliği ortaya kalmaktadır. Bir nedenle diğer kistik renal lezyonlardan ayrılması, tedavinin ve rakibin bu esaslara göre yapılması gerekmektedir.
