Radyolojik olarak multiple kaviteli pulmoner nodülleri olan bir hastada balgam sitolojisi ile yasst hiicreli karsinom tantst koyduk. Akciger thy: bir or-ganda yasst hiicreli karsinom olduguna dair bir bulgu tesbit edilernedi. Balganun bakteriyolojik muayenesinde ARB. plantar ve patojen bakteri ne-gatifti. Sonucta akcigerdeki leryonlartn primer bronf karsinomuna ait oldugu kanaatine vartldt. Bil-gilerintke gore multiple pulmoner nodiil goriiniimii yasst hiicreli bran karsitwmunun cok nadir bir rad-yolojki bulgusudur.
