Bu çalışmada, nazofarenks kanserlerinin ta-manda Ye radyoterapiden sonraki takibinde bil-gisayarh to. mografinin (BD onemi tartiplch. Rad-voterapiti etkinligi, bilgisavarlt tomografik incelemelerle degerlendirildi. Klinik ye 13T bulgulart ile nazofarenks kanseri diiginiilen ye bivopsi ile ye-rifiye edilen 26 olguda tedaviden once ye tedaviden 8-12 hafta sonra elde edilen BT bulgulart kar-ftlagtrtldt. Tedavi Oncesi 7 olgu evre I, 3 olgu evre II, 6 olgu ewe III, 10 olgu evre IV olarak tesbit edil-di. Radyoterapiden sonra yaptlan BT incelemelerin degerlendirildiginde 10 (% 41.6) olguda tam iyi-lqme, 14 (% 583) olguda lasmi ivilecme elde edit-digi saptandt. cevre dokulara invazyonda gerileme tesbit edildi. Bu caltmada sonuc olarak nazofarenks kanserlerinin tantsmda radyoterapinin etkinliginin saptanmasuida RT'nin onemli yeri vardır
