Son sekiz yıl zarfında nefrektomi uygulanan 150 hastada, endikas•onlar, yaş ve ınortalite oranı Yeniden incelendi. Kronik pyelonefrit en sık nefrektomi sebebidir (% 38). Böbrek tümörü ise üçüncü sık se-beptiı- (% 14). 150 vakanın 98'i erkek, 52'si kadındır. Genel mortalite oram % 1.33'tür. Fakat tümör ol-mayan vakalarda mortalite oranı hemen hemen sıfırdır.
