Bu yazıda bir Nervus Vagus schwannomu bildirilmektedir. Olguya von Recklingkıusen hastalığı eşlik etmektedir. Yazıda N. Vagus schwannomu ile von Recklinghausen hastalığı arası ilişki incelenmektedir. Ayrıca baş-boyun bölgesinde kitle ile başvuran havalarda ayırıcı tanıdaki önemi vurgulanarak literatür gözden geçirilmiştir.
