Her iki dirsek, el baş parmağı eklemlerinde fleksiyon kontraktürleri, her iki ayağın ikinci parmağının dışa, dört ve beşinci parmaklarının içe doğru klinodaktilisi şeklinde anomalilere sahip olan Noonan sendromlu bir bebekle, Noonan fenotipinin bazı özelliklerini gösteren babası sendromun nadir raslanması nedeniyle takdim edildi.
