OFLOXACIN, AMOXILLIN 4- CLAVULONIC ASID, GENTAMICIN ve TETRACYCLINE'İN TÜBERKÜLOZ BASİLLERİ ÜZERINE IN VİTRO ETKILERI

Selçuk üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Hastanesi Mikrobiyoloji ve Klinik Mikrobiyoloji Anabilim Dalı Tuberküloz Laboratuvarzina başvuran hastalardan izole edilen 80 adet tuberküloz basilinin ofloxa-. cin, amoxcillin + clavulonic asid (AC), gentarnicin ve tetracycline'e duyarlılıkları in vitro olarak çalıştImıştır. Ayrica, bulgular antitüberküloz ilaçların etkileri ile karştlaştırılmıştır. Basiller antibiyo-tiklerin standart MIC'deki dozları içinde yalnızca ofloxacinğe duyarlı bulunmuştur (%100). AC, gen-,tarnicin ve tetracycline'e yüksek direnç görültnüş; diğer bütün ilaçlara hassas olan s9larin bunlara da hassas olduğu gözlenmiştir.
