ONDANSETRON ye DROPERIDOL'UN POSTOPERATIF BULANTI ye KUSMA UZERINE ETKILERININ KARSILASTIRILMASI

Postoperatif tehlikeli komplikasyonla►dan olan bulanti ye kusmanin 4ecitli antiemetik droglarla riskli hastalarda profilaksisi bir cok yap/Ida oneriirnektedir. calqmamizda 58 hastada ondansetron ye droperidol'un postoperatif antiemetik etkilerini 13 saat siireyle kontrol grubuyia karplaprdik. Komplikasyonlar her iic grupta da ecjt oranda (p>0.05) gozlendi. Ancak ondansetron gruhunda ge• donemde (7.-10. saatler), droperidol kullantlanlarda erken donemde (1. -7. saatler) ve kontrol gruhunda ise cok erken donemde (0.-I. saatler) bulanti kusma sikliginda artg gozledik (p<0.05). Bu bulgularimizla, riskli vakalarda ondansetron profilaksisinin yararli oldugu kanaatine vardik.
