Chylothorax tüberküloz, kanser, kanser metastazı, travma, parazit gibi etiolojik faktörlere bağlı, şiddetli öksürük krizi ile, ductus thoracicus veya dallarının yırtılarak chylus mavisinin thorax boşluğuna akmasıdır. Bu makalemizde sözü edilen hastada, dustus thoracicusun thorax ve karındaki dalları, parazite bağlı olarak perfore olmuştur. Ender görülmesi bakımından yayınlanmıştır.
