Pulmoner alveolar mikrolithiazis, etiolojisi bi-linmeyen ve nadir olarak görülen bir hastalıktır. Al-veoller içinde sayısız, toplu iğne başı büyüklügünde kalsifikasyonlar mevcuttur. Dünya literatüründe 100' den daha az sayıda bildirilmiş olan nadir bir yaka grubudur. Bizim vakamızda pectus excavatumun da bulunuşu vakayı daha ilginç hale getirmiştir.
