PERKUTAN NEFROSTOMİDE GUIDE WIRE IN ROLÜ (KENDI YAPTIĞIMIZ GUIDE WIRE İLE J GUIDE WIRE IN KARŞILAŞTIRILMASI)

Ocak 1985-Temmuz 1987 yılları arasında Selçuk Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Uroloji Anabilim Dalında çeşitli böbrek patolojileri olan hastalara perkütan nefrostomi yapıldı. Bu işlem 50 hastaya uygulandı. Bunların 28'inde tarafımızdan imal edilen guide wire kullanıldı. Diğerlerinde ithal J guide wirelar kullanıldı. Her iki guide wire kanama,perforasyon manupilasyonda kullanışlılık ve maliyet yönünden karşılaştırıldı. Kendi yaptığımız guide wire kullanıma elverişli bulundu.
