Peters sendromu başka sistemik anomalilerle birlikte görülebilen izole bir göz anomalisidir. Bu olgu sunumunda, keratoplasti operasyonu planlanan Peters sendromlu 4 yaşındaki bir kız çocuğunun anestezi yönetimini tartıştık.
