Bu çalışmada, Selcuk Ciniversiwsi Tip Fakaltesi Gogiis Hastaltklart Anabilim Dall'nda takip ettigimiz yac ortalantalari 45 olan 28'i erkek, 13'u kadin toplam 41 plorezili hastanin solunum fonksiyon testleri in-celendi. Solunurn fonksiyon parwnetrelerinden FVC, FEV , FEY lIFVC ye PEF'de torasentez sonrast saptanan degi§iklikler degerlendirildi. Torasentez sonrasi degerlendirilen solunum fonksiyon testlerinin tandinde istatistiksel olarak anlandi dikeyde artz§lar saptandt. calt§marniz plorezili hastalarda plevra ponksiyonunun solunum fonksiyonlarinda diizelme sagladcginz göstermektedir.
