Postbıdber stenoran ülserlerin cerrahi tedavisinde uygulanan tekniklere alternatif teknik kombinasyon olarak iki olguda trunkal vagotomi (m+ekstraıniiköz anterior piloromiyektomi (EAP)+ duodenoplasti uyguladık. Kısa dönem sonuçlarını iyi bulduğumuz bu teknik kombinasyon, proksimal gastrik vagotomi (PGV) de deneyimi olmayan, PGV'yi nüks oranının yüksekliği nedeniyle tercih etmeyen ve duodenumu gastrointestinal sistem sürekliliği içinde tutmak isteyen cerrahlar için seçimli bir teknik olabilir.
