POSTOPERATİF BULANTI VE KUSMALARIN ÖNLENMESİNDE DROPERİDOL, METOCLOPRAMİDE VE DRAMAMİNE'İN ETKILERININ KARŞILAŞTIRILMASI

Çeşitli nedenlerle genel anestezi altında ameliyat edilen 100 ardışık hastaya, postoperatif bulantı ve kusmaya karşı, rastgele çift-kör sistemle: 1.25 mg. Droperidol, 10 mg. Metoclopramide, 100 mg. Dra-mamine ve serwnfizyolojik; anestezi bitiminden 5 dakika önce intravenöz olarak verildi. Hastalar postoperatif ilk 24 saatte bulantı ve kusma yönünden gözlendiler. Droperidol verilen hastaların bulantı ve kusma yüzdesi serum fizyolojik Yerilenlerle karşılaştırılınca(%6.6 ), ileri derecede bir azalma olduğu gözlendi (p< 0.01). Metoelopramide,Dranzamine ve serwrzfi4.7ololik verilen havalarda ise bulantı ve kusma insidanslan birbirine benzemekteydi( p> 0.05). Burada çıkan sonuca göre: genel anestezi sonrası görülen postoperatif bulantı ve kusmalann önlenmesi ve tedavisinde Droperidol'un etkili bir drog olduğu, Metoclopranzide ve Drarnamine'in ise aynı eskiye sahip olmadığı anlaşıldı.
