Mart 1984-Mart 1992 yılları arasında Selçuk Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Üroloji Anabilim Dalında mesane tümörü nedeniyle 36 hastaya sistektomi ve üriner diversiyon (16 üreterokutanestomi, 16 Coffey, 2 ürelero -ileal- cutanous diversiyon, 1 Kod; pouch ve 1 inen kolondan mesane substitusyonu) uygu-landı. Uygulanan diversiyon yöntemlerinin birbirine üstünlükleri ve bunun literatürle uyumlulukları araştırıldı.
