Over torsiyonu olmadan izole tuba torsiyonu literatürde az sayıda rapor edilmiştir. Özellikle overlerin normal görüldüğü ve adneksiyel torsiyon ile ilişkili akut batın tablosu olduğunda bu hastalıktan şüphelenmek gerekir. Bu olgu sunumunda preoperatif ultrasonografi ve bilgisayarlı tomografi ile tanısı konmuş ve izole tuba torsiyonu hastasını sunulmuş ve tedavideki gecikme durumunda oluşabilecek durumlar tartışılmıştır.
