Testiküler adrenal rest tümör (TART), konjenital adrenal hiperplazi öyküsü olan erkek hastalarda görülen benign testis tümörüdür. Sıklıkla bilateral yerleşimlidir. İnfertiliteye sebep olabilir. Ayırıcı tanıda, leydig ve sertoli hücreli tümörler, seminom ve diğer germ hücreli tümörler yer alır. Ultrasonografi ve manyetik rezonans görüntüleme, TART tanısında kullanılan radyolojik görüntüleme yöntemleridir. Bu yazıda TART’ın klinik özellikleri, radyolojik görüntüleme bulguları ve ayırıcı tanısı sunulmuştur.
